Bio: Constance is a feminist with an ardor for human rights, social policy, and debunking gender stereotypes. She currently works as a Children and Families Program Specialist with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families in Chicago where she partners regularly with the Department's Office on Women's Health. She received a dual B.A. in Political Science and English from the University of Iowa and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. Constance has previously worked with Planned Parenthood of Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota, the Women's Foundation of Minnesota, WATCH (Women At The Court House), was a Class of 2003 Presidential Management Fellow, and currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Rape Victim Advocates. She is blissfully married to the wonderful, talented feminist Matthew M. F. Miller, and shares city condo life with their dog, Marcy and cat, Cleo.

Outreach Director: Sarah Humphrey
BIO: Sarah Humphrey grew up in the Milwaukee area and comes from an academic background in community-based health education. She has a passion for empowering women to take control of their lives and has worked in women's health issues and reproductive and sexual health promotion. She currently works in medical services for Planned Parenthood/Chicago Area. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, reading, traveling, being outdoors, and any excuse to combine good food with good conversation.

Outreach Director: Krista Thomas
BIO: Krista Thomas, MSW, currently works as a Children and Families Program Specialist for the Federal Department of Health and Human Services. Born in Chicago and educated at Knox College (Galesburg, IL) and Washington University (St. Louis, MO), Krista views herself as a change agent committed to social justice and the anti-oppression movement. With a background including Spanish, International Studies, Social and Economic Development, she has studied in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Barcelona, Spain and spent a year volunteering in Nicaragua at the children's residential facility Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos. Krista has extensive experience working with and advocating for youth as an English teacher, public health educator, mentor group coordinator, organizer and lobbyist. Presently, she is also involved in the Kiwanis Club of Logan Square and the Howard Brown Health Center Mentor Program.
